In June 2000, Ferguson Polycom became part of the Fothergill Group of companies. This strategic alliance with a manufacturer of high performance woven textiles further enhanced Ferguson Polycom’s ability to provide customers throughout the world with innovated technical fabric solutions of unsurpassed performance. Ferguson Polycom is separated into three divisions, Polycom, AOF and Superide. Ferguson Polycom provides a vertically integrated production process for specialty rubber compounding and elastomer coated fabrics. Combining a wealth of experience with unparalleled application knowledge Ferguson Polycom produces custom designed fabrics which have low gas permeability, high temperature, abrasion resistance, flexibility and flame retardant characteristics. These fabrics are then engineered and fabricated by the customer into products, which are used in a wide range of industrial and military applications.
